Today is the arrival day for all attendees traveling to San Juan. Check-in is 4:00pm, but you can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. The spa/gym is available to change and shower once you arrive.
Airport transfers will be provided from the San Juan Airport for all attendees that arrive today as part of the group transport. If you decide to arrive early, we ask that you cover your transfer expenses to the hotel.
6:30pm - 9:30pm: Welcome Party - Join us on Sereno Beach @ La Concha for a welcome party upon arrival to kick off what will be a great trip.
Dinner & Drinks will be served. Children are invited to attend.
For those looking for a chill nightcap, swing by the Lobby Bar open until 1:00 AM. Those looking for nighttime entertainment stop by Casino Del Mar open 24/7 at the hotel for those looking for a high-energy night venue!

7:00am - 11:00am - Breakfast of Champions. Please make sure you stop down to the Atrium at La Concha (located on the 3rd floor in the Suite tower) to select your Club gift, enjoy some breakfast, and pickup your dinner stipend for tonight's free night.

Spa Day: Located at the sister property next door, the Condado Vanderbilt Spa offers one of the top Spas in San Juan. The spa offers the generosity of time, with experiences that bring powerful results through our unique methods, distinguished spa treatments and exclusively selected, high performing products. We recommend arriving to your appointment 30-45 minutes early to enjoy all the spa has to offer prior to your treatment.
Please exit the hotel via the main lobby and the Condado Vanderbilt will be the next hotel to the right just past the La Ventana al Mar Park.
Catamaran Snorkel - 9:00 AM: Please meet in the lobby at 9:00am for a 9:15am departure.
This tour departs from Marina Puerto del Rey in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Get to know the enchanted cays of the east coast of Puerto Rico and enjoy the views of our natural treasures beginning with the El Yunque National Forest and all of its wonders while also admiring the intricate and quiet beauty of the east coast of this amazing island. Lunch, beverages, and snorkel equipment will be provided.
Don't forget to bring your baiting suit and sunscreen!
UTV - Rainforest Experience: Explore stunning panoramic views aboard the premium 4×4 off-road touring vehicles! Ride through the 600-acre ranch located at the foothills of El Yunque National Forest. During this invigorating ride, you get to experience the spectacular scenery of Puerto Rico’s east coast. The tour lasts 2 hours on the vehicle. The ranch is located 30 minutes from the hotel.
UTV will be broken into 3 groups:
Group 1 @ 8:30 AM - Please meet in the hotel lobby by 8:15 AM for an 8:30 AM departure.
Group 2 @ 11:30 AM - Please meet in the hotel lobby by 11:15 AM for an 11:30 AM departure.
Group 3 @ 1:30 PM - Please meet in the hotel lobby by 1:15 PM for an 1:30 PM departure.
Resort Credit: Please remember that choosing resort credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel to extend your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.
